Information the inquiry form is designed to collect

The form asks for an adult contact's name and email address, audience type, area of interest, and an optional organization, broad city or region, and message.

It also asks the adult to confirm that they are at least 18 or an authorized representative and to acknowledge this privacy notice.

The form does not request phone numbers, street addresses, birth dates, student identifiers, health information, financial information, government identifiers, passwords, or attachments.

How inquiry information will be used

When enabled, inquiry information will be used only to review the request, route it to an authorized Cyber Bright representative, respond, and maintain necessary operational records.

Online intake will remain disabled until Cyber Bright approves the delivery provider, receiving mailbox, named data owner, access controls, retention period, deletion process, and incident response procedure.

Youth and family privacy

A parent, guardian, educator, or other authorized adult should submit their own contact information when asking about opportunities for a child. Do not submit a child's personal information through this form.

Hosting, security, and analytics

Essential hosting and security systems may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser type, timestamps, and requested pages to operate and protect the site. Inquiry contents are not intentionally written to application logs.

The pre-launch site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising. This notice will be updated before any analytics or additional processors are enabled.

Questions, access, or deletion requests

The privacy contact and response process will be published after the receiving mailbox and responsible data owner are confirmed. Until then, online inquiry collection remains disabled.
